Went looking at pickups they had posted on their website on 10/9/20. What a waste of time. Major body damage to all three, that I was looking at. None of it pictured. I drove 85 miles, and was there less than 5 minutes. Sales man never did come over and talk to me, but did run over to some younger folks that pulled in after I got there.nnFor some reason, I can reply to your reply, so I am stuck editing my original post. I had called earlier in the week and was told 2 pm would be a good time to stop by on Friday. Have whomever answered, my name and number.
Stopped in an hour before close on a Friday, test drove the car I had researched prior to scheduling my appointment, got approved for financing, and was on my way before they closed for the day.nnThe dealership has been very responsive and accommodating from the beginning. Javan not only made buying a vehicle effortless, he was incredibly flexible with the trade-in process and has been great throughout the entire experience.nnOverall, great experience with a dealer I'd recommend to anyone.
Had a wonderful experience here! First time purchasing a car at a smaller place, as compared to a major dealership, and I have to say it was way less stressful. Javan was great to work with and never once made me feel pressured to buy or anything which most dealerships do. All around good experience and good people. Bought a 2017 VW Tiguan in perfect condition- it couldn't be better and I am very satisfied with my purchase!
I bought my 2014 m235i recently from German auto house and I had a very good experience. Very knowledgeable people. I will say when you first go to the dealership, it is small and kinda reminds you of those commercial where the owners is just in to make a buck, it’s not like that here. Even though that’s their job to make money, customers always come first in their eyes.
I would recommend buying from this dealership. Car was as advertised, they were very up-front with any issues and pricing. They were willing to work with me to take the old beater and made the entire process painless.
