Tony was excellent today. I appreciated his car knowledge. And he is super current on new technology. Made me feel less old! I never write reviews....but he's that good. Justin was great as well and so was the finance/contract lady! Everyone was professional and nice and flexible!

Alex and Kevin were knowledgeable, expedite and very nice to work with. They answered all the questions we had, help us complete the documentation and let us know they would be available in the future to answer any questions we might have after we start driving our new Leaf. Alex lead me through the activation of the phone app and explained the key functions. It was well worth coming from Milwaukee, to lease the vehicle from this great team. Thank you all who worked with us that evening!

We saw the car on the web. Liked what we saw so we went to the dealership the next morning to look at it & test drive it. The sales lady(Sandy)who came out to help us was very helpful & very nice to work with. It was odd that only one person could make an appointment, and I had to leave a voice mail and receive a call back later. However, it didn’t take long for the callback, and I got an appointment within a few days. Drop off was quick, and my car was ready from the oil change fast (less than 90 minutes later). I appreciated the complementary car wash as well.nnHowever, I lost trust in the vehicle health report because of the tire pressure... the door sticker says 33 PSI. The report says the tires were filled to 35 PSI. They are actually at 31/32/30/30 PSI. It appears that the tech did not seek the appropriate pressure, and did not actually fill the tires. That is one item I can actually verify myself, so how can I trust any other item on the report?nnI will make sure this is known when I drop off my car next time to ensure there is a quality assurance check so I can gain trust in the report.nnThis was my first service appointment for my Altima, and my first service with a Nissan dealership, so I hope it was just a one time mistake.nn————nnI received two calls from Rosen since my review to apologize for my experience and an offer to make it right. I appreciate their gesture and look forward to building trust with Rosen. I haven’t changed my 3 star review based on my experience because it wasn’t right the first time.

Chad did an outstanding job. He was very professional throughout the whole process. He did not try to push on anything. He took the time to send us a video of the vehicle. Great job and I would recommend him to everyone.
