We planned to purchase a Mazda at a nearby dealership but wanted to get that the vehicle checked out before we actually bought it.nnI spoke with Danny who was very helpful over the phone and set us up for a very reasonably priced inspection .nnAs we lived a few hours away the dealer agreed to bring the vehicle to Russ Darrow. Wes went over The vehicle and even sent us a video to show some of the cosmetic scratches and door dings that I In turn was able to share with my wife. We were both very impressed.nnThank you Danny and Wes.
The service is top notch. Danny and Wes are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. I’ve taken my Mazda 3 to them for almost two years. Most importantly, I trust them. Jeff (the GM I believe) always greets me and offers water, coffee, etc. whenever he sees me. I’d recommend their service department to any Mazda owner.
I am happy with my experience at Russ Darrow Mazda. They finished the job much faster than anticipated and although a part of the console got scratched during the installation, they are going to replace it at no cost. I am very satisfied!
Real first class service!nDanny really came thru for me, got my car finished when promised. I had to initially wait for a part, but because the repair had to wait for the part to arrive, he offered a loaner vehicle. I was promised Monday, and it was finished monday.
