I had posted an extremely poor review of Bergstrom's service department a few weeks back, and although it's still true that a mistake was made by a technician, when I was contacted by Mike the service manager I was beyond impressed with how they handled the situation. They got me in right away remedied the situation free of charge and we're much more professional and cordial than I was. Top notch guys, thanks for being so reasonable.

This is specifically a review for Larry Laufenberg in parts. I came in to get a trunk key made and was turned away twice after initially having a phone and email conversation with Zach Holmes(Being told that it was no problem after confirming with Larry through email). I explained that the car hasn't been registered for a couple years & I'm currently still paying on it. I talked to my bank and got an e-title from them along with another form clearly stating the vehicle is mine also from the bank. Larry came up with every excuse in the book basically insinuating that the vehicle was stolen. Recommended I go to another business because they might not have the regulations we have. The gentleman that greeted me was very friendly, this review isn't a reflection on their business as a whole but in particular Larry.
