My experience are Zimbrick Hyundai West has always been positive. There were some issues with scheduling service appointments on the app, but Kyle called and we discussed the issue. I was not expecting a call back and I was pleasantly surprised and appreciative for the discussion. They care about their customers and willing to listen.

What exceptional service!! I had the pleasure of working with Carlos Pelaez. He went above and beyond to answer every question I asked, and made sure that through each step of the way, the process was seamless and satisfactory. It's so rare these days to have customer service exceed expectations on all levels. His approach was honest, fair and trustworthy! Zimbrick is so lucky to have him as part of the team and I am so glad for a quality dealership like Zimbrick. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them and this recent experience confirms they will be my choice when I buy my next vehicle!

First off, this is the best dealership I have ever done business with. Called for a salesperson and got Mark. This man is on his game. Fast, Friendly and extremely efficient.nnNext was Kirstin! She knows her stuff. David Han is an amazing salesman. We have bought multiple vehicles from Dave. Dave always geos above and beyond to make sure we are happy and have the vehicle we want. The dealership is very clean and modern. They are very concerned about your health and safety and take every precaution for public safety.

This service team is the best!nJeff W. made the effort to inquire about my driving routines and vehicle use before recommending new tires. All work...oil change, tires, alignment, winterizing... was completed in less time than estimated and bill was under the estimated cost at arrival.
