I've got to know several of the individuals who work at the Infiniti dealership over the past month and they all have been wonderful. I believe each of them deserve some form of recognition, so I'd like to take a few moments to thank each of them so you can know what to expect and what I've experienced.nnI had issues with my last car, so I got to know Trent and Mike quite well. Trent was extremely knowledgable and easy to deal with. I fully appreciated his forwardness and kindness. Mike from the service shop likewise was very straightforward and knowledgable. He definitely wanted to get my car working. At the end of the day, my g37 was toast from some uncommon problem and Trent kindly directed me to Gregg.nnGregg sold me my new Q50 and he was great. Brought my G37 in for dash replacement and couple other things. Trent the service manager really treated me with awesome customer service! I’m coming here when I have any other service needs in the future! I would definitely recommend!
I went back to Zimbrick Infiniti last week to have the passenger Catylic Converter work done(thee months the driver's side was done). Expensive repairs, but I trust Zimbrick to do all the work on my cars. Thanks Trent and Glen. I tip my hat to you guys for looking out for our family vehicle!
