Went looking for a used vehicle for my son, visited 1 dealership that was closer and was not impressed with the sales service I received. Decided to drive the hour and go back to Kayser Ford, as I have purchased a vehicle from them in the past and the service and treatment were tremendous. Met Andrew Steele, very friendly and willing to assist and address our needs, with no hassles. Was once again very impressed with the service from Andrew and will continue to go back to Kayser Ford for future vehicles. Thank you for the great car buying experience.

I recommend Ed Riel for a dependable used car salesperson. He has gone out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Ed went to Chrysler with questions I had to make sure I knew what features I had and did not have. Some of the packages I did not understand totally what they covered. When I was purchasing it he went out and made sure the car was clean and filled up the tank so I left with a full tank. I was concerned with a few other items and he took care of them right away. This van will be driving my family including my grand kids and he went over everything to make sure I felt safe and got what I wanted. I feel like he is my friend not just a salesperson. He even said if you are not happy, I have not done my job right. I am happy, and he has done his job right. We both had masks on at every interaction so I felt very safe in the Covid epidemic. He was also very respectful of my time I did not wait for him, even though he was helping several others he was able to help all of us.nnKristi H.

Our sales person, Dennis Balczewski, was very helpful in getting us through the car buying experience. Very caring and understanding in what we wanted. Great dealership to shop at and buy from. Need a vehicle, Kayser can get you what you need.

I had trouble finding a car for weeks going through dealership after dealership but that ended the second I walked through Kayser and met Andrew. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and couldn’t have made the process faster and easier. Would recommend going through these people 10 out of 10 times they will get you the car you want.

Andrew was great. He did not waste our time or use any high pressure tactics. We told him what we were in the market for and he found it on the third try. The process was simple and straight forward.
