MG Income Tax

They are not professional they messed up my refund and when I called the ladies were giving me mislead information I was paying them to be my tax prepare but they didn't Shady job on my return and when I went to the office to get information they were misleading me saying that I would have to wait 3 weeks because the lady that prepare my taxes didn't tell them right so my bank did not allow the direct deposit and their Bank had the money since 2 weeks and that did not send it back to the State Department of Revenue until the 21st of March and that was because I went in person to the office and they call their Bank to see where my refund was and that same day they return it back to the IRS but they had the money two weeks prior so they delayed him my refund and they just washed her hands say it wasn't their problem that I could do whatever I want I could put up bad comment on their website they did not care, that what good could that do to me my posting a bad comment on their website well I think it does a lot of good to me because other people know how Shady they could be. I put one star so I could be able to put this comment but they do not deserve do I have a rating of 5 te hacen mal los impuestos y te hacen sentir como que no sabes nada de lo que dices se lavan las manos cuando hacen un error y sólo te dicen que esperes espere dos meses y aún no lo recibo ninguno de los dos mi reembolso del estado Ni el reembolso del Federal no lo recomiendo y si haces tus impuestos con ellos asegúrate que toda tu información esté bien No confíes mucho en ello yo lo hice y mira lo que me pasó y lo mismo le pasó a mi suegra cuando fue hace sus impuestos no se confía
