Worst experience ever the dirtiest I've ever seen! They wouldn't even let me do my return one day later and the receipt because I wasn't feeling very well so they rather had me come in sick and get everyone sick rather than make sure and come in a day after the receipt expires and honor it. The manager was really short and rude should never be in customer service I don't know how she got a job there. I'm sure many people would be happy to do her job! I have spent thousands of dollars with Ross but I won't be anymore due to this really bad experience!
Super clean store covid-19 precautions in place! Always have everything I need! Super bargain price!
This place is fun. Although its inconvenient to be out and about wearing these masks, suddenly I forgot about all that and got into the idea that I was being co stanrly surprised by everything I saw there in o e place that typically dont usually come together under one roof. Priding my self as a self proclaimed "buyer" I simply dont enjoy ongoing. See everything; "shopper". To "shop till you drop" has not been my cup of tea...and you can that cup of tea here!. I'm the "flyer buyer". I get in and get what I want and get out". But this places slowed me down I will have to admit. People were friendly and the front security was engaging and helpful. It was fun!
Very nice store layout. The Ross building is a bit larger than most.
