Im literally standing outside at 8:50pm and the store closed at 9pm. They locked the doors and can see that multiple people are outside and wanted to enter. They are laughing and counting the drawers. Wow! How do these 2 people have jobs!?? Another woman waiting out here has bren Herr since 8:45pm! Shame. These are 2 grown adults acting like its the first time they've had a job.1

I went into Family Dollar at approximately 1:50pm today, March 31st. When I came into the store, the associate was hard to find. She was seated at a computer and seemed agitated. Cinthia (the associate) treated me in a very rude fashion. I asked her if she could locate the $5 off coupon in the Family Dollar app for me. I let her know she wouldn't have to touch my phone screen (making sure she feels safe in her workplace). Her body language and tone were resistant. I was made to feel like an intruder just for asking a simple question. She continued to work on a schedule and refused to dedicate one minute to help me. After awhile she did finally point out the coupon on my screen. The whole exchange made me feel uncomfortable. I was courteous and good natured, despite her being angry and rude toward me. If a manager is reading this please coach her on being customer focused and following proper etiquette in the workplace. She made Family Dollar look very bad today. Please help her show everyone what a great company Family Dollar is. Thank you.

Horrible experience. I reluctantly stopped, knowing how horrible this location is, in a pinch for some items. I used contactless payment and the sales associate stated my payment didn’t go through. I showed the manager the charge on my bank statement and she stated there was nothing she could do about it and if I didn’t make payment again I couldn’t leave the store with my already PAID for items. She then proceeded I MUST call corporate to get a refund on my duplicate charge. Do not shop here.

Big girl with bad attitude must be the new daytime manager and creates an unwelcome and negative shopping experience.Very poor customer service at 8801 N. 7th street store. Managers, especially are rude, defensive and abrasive. Merchandise is poorly displayed and customers treated with disrespect. Many hard working people shop here, not just homeless vagrants that shoplift. It seems we are all treated like criminals.
