Elizabeth was wonderful! However, the pricing for your service is absolutely ridiculous. I was charged an additional $70 because I have student loans, and then I was charged an additional $30 because I have an HSA account. Those prices are ridiculous for the amount of work that was required, it was a few extra clicks. If anything, that could be $12 and $15 respectively. So I will be doing my taxes next year myself. You charge absolutely absurd pricing.

We have used H&R Block for years and have been very satisfied thus far. Wish there was a credit for longtime/retired customers.

Everyone at the Oregon, WI office was extremely helpful and very nice. They made us feel welcome and comfortably while our taxes were being done. Laurey Larsen was our tax pro. She did an amazing job. She was incredibly personable and professional. With her help, we were able to have a great tax season. We will definitely go to her next year and we will also recommend her to family and friends.
