I bought a basinnet and I love it! I love the Delta brand itself. Really good quality!

The prices are good but I do not like being followed around the store by associates. Then my card was declined for insufficient funds when I had more then enough in my account.

Previous employee, worked in the East Valley region. As much as I love shopping at Burlington. This is one location that needs to get it together. This store is a mess. Unorganized. Not enough staff members to keep store clean or line moving when cashing out. Regional manager should stop by the site. Goodwill stores are more organized than this. Good view of this store- tons of items

I've been a long time customer of this location and Burlington in general. Some of the cashiers have come to recognize and know me. Before I delve into my full review I will say a few things: this store is not in a good area, the clothes have a smell when you take them home and out of the bags, the bathrooms have been out of service for many months, and like all other such stores it is a hit of miss. I purchased a few items from a Burlington store during my last visit to NY. I decided to return a skirt that I felt was too short. Apparently the tag was not correct and the cashier refused to take it back even though I had the tag and the receipt, and the date of purchase was about a week before! She said people switch tags and they don't sell anything from Forever 21. First off, I don't know what brands they sell or don't in order to verify this before I purchase something. Secondly, I have actually purchased clothing items where the receipt shows a bowl or mug or something completely unrelated and when I have pointed it out to the cashiers, they've shrugged and said it's ok. I have never had this issue before and never worried about verifying things because I assumed it's just the way they tag things. Having been a customer of this Burlington for years, I take offense at this treatment like I was a criminal. I understand that "people" switch tags but I am a regular customer that this cashier knew. Needless to say I will not be returning to this store and honestly, most likely will skip going to Burlington altogether because I had to go out of my way to shop there in the first place. I did take the skirt to a Burlington in Scottsdale and the manager took it back without flinching!
