Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The male I had this encounter with was extremely rude and he explained that he has a lot of issues with other customers in the past with the styles they inquired about. During our conversation about the style I wanted for my daughter’s shirt he confused the name Samantha with the word Spanish. I definitely picked up a racist vibe.
They do great work and have quick same day service! They only get a 4 star rating because they fail to make customers feel welcome with a simple "hello, how's it going?" It's typically just "what can I get you?" Which I guess is cool, since it's just a shop and all they want to know is what they can do for you.
Great place for getting custom design airbrushing, tshirts, stickers and much more! Casey (sorry for spelling) does great work and is very creative. I gave him an idea and it was exactly what I imagined. He had a pretty quick turn around even though he was busy. I recommend West Coast Airbrushing for all your custom art airbrushing. Go see them and get your airbrushing done right!
He did a fantastic job on my family shirts for Disneyland! Getting the shirts was a very last minute idea but he was able to get my custom order done within an hour while I waited! We have a cruise coming up and will definitely use them for our family shirts again!
I walked into this store with a friend to get a shirt made, Iam new to this mall, and was not expecting him to be rude to me. I didn’t get a chance to ask for his name. However he’s Fat and caucasian, I had a cup filled with ice barely any literally it was the end. I was going ask to leave it at the front but he insisted that I leave and he will call security on me if i don’t. He’s not understanding, interrupted me while i spoke, and i did not make a purchase due to him being so rude.
