I ordered some shoes online like a month ago and they still haven’t arrived. They haven’t refunded my money.
Worst online service ever! Don’t buy from their online website. You’ll pay for shoes they dnt have, then take forever to return money!!!!
I had to call about my order, just for them to tell me they dnt have them. Then dnt advertise something you dnt sell....Frustrating
The store is great! I wasn't able to find exactly what I wanted. I needed non slip shoes for work. But I looked around and saw a lot of stuff I liked and will probably purchase later!
My husband and I went into Champs after looking at other stores. The sales associate Cinco was very nice. She was very knowledgeable about the shoes and answered every question my husband had. She even got him out of his comfort zone and sold him a pair he never even considered looking at. I even got a pair for myself. Excellent customer service.
The cashier was very helpful I will be shopping there alot now
