Fast friendly and REALLY great help. The place was so packed. I got help 3 min after i got through the door. I was in awwwwe on how fast i got help. Never ever had i got help that quick when there's a packed house due to a holiday. I give 5 stars and i wish i got the lady's name that helped me. She worked in online orders line. She was a very good employee, polite, friendly and fast. Good job
Almost every kind of happy birthday balloon was sold out. Of like 15 kinds, there was 1 kind left.
Great place for your party needs but staff can walk by you and not even say hi once.
If I could give -5 stars I would. I was planning a costume for a month and I looked every where for it and this store had the only thing close to it on their website. I called different stores and they all were out but supposedly one. I called that one store (this store) and place the costume on hold to pick up later in the day. Once I got there I was told that they were not allowed to place things on hold. And that they didn't have that costume to begin with, but they had the picture on their wall saying the were selling it. They then tried to get me to buy a costume that was nothing like the one I was looking for. When I explained that I called in the morning and gave them the costume number to make sure it was the right one I was told there were only 2 people who worked that shift, the rude lady I was talking to and THE MANAGER! They told me I might have better luck at The Spirit Halloween next door.
