The Service Department is the reason I purchased my Vehicle at Van Horn in Stoughton. They have always provided up front trouble free repairs to my vehicles. The Sales Department was fantastic to deal with. They offer Free oil changes for The life of the vehicle! Included with every vehicle sale! They seem to care and several employees asked if they could help me while I was there. Great place to deal with.
I would give these guys 10 stars if possible! They are nothing short of amazing!. I went in at around 10 am and was done before noon. Dennis was exceptional, he explained everything as if i was a first time car buyer. Brianna was super detailed in explaining what i was paying for and all the fine prints and the GM Kevin was really warm and welcoming. This was our first time buying a new vehicle in 13 years, so we were a little nervous, not wanting to be pressured by salesmen. The experience we had at Van Horn was nothing but exceptional. We worked with John the entire time and he was AMAZING! He had patients with us, never rushed us, and definitely did not pressure us in to anything. Everyone we worked with from John, to Don and Brianna in finance was so nice and welcoming. We would absolutely recommend Van Horn, and John, to anyone! First time buying a car from this dealership. One thing I loved about Van Horn is the lack of sales people down your throat. Very little pressure from the staff to purchase a car. I have bought my last two cars from well known dealerships in the Madison area. I was shocked by the willingness to go above expectations. John was incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain everything and made us feel like we were his only customers. Van Horn was super busy that day but the staff handled it like champs. Kevin was amazing and was giving us estimates in between clients. I would 100% recommend stopping at Van Horn to take a look for your next car.
