Small and not very big. I gave it 4 stars though as it is wheelchair accessible. I know this as an elderly gentleman was able to navigate his wheelchair through most of the trail with no difficulty.

Short nature trails with boardwalk to scenic overlook of Lake Mendota and nature area - and wood deck with picnic tables. Parking next to Willows Tavern. About 1/3rd mile walk from parking lot to end of boardwalk. Various paths to for longer walks. A 2nd entrance to west of tavern about a quarter mile west, and short distance from Westport Town Hall.

This is a fantastic area! I have driven past this area for years and have never stopped. The trail starts at the Willows Tavern. I parked in their parking lot with no issues. The trail wraps around a baseball field before spreading out in multiple directions. The trails were mostly flooded out due to the recent flooding, but the area was still worth the visit. Will definitely return once the area dries out more.

Such a pretty place. I'm glad it's a secret...or so it seems. Gorgeous

Love this little park. There's even a short boardwalk.
