Named after the historic concrete ridge below the bluff, Meadow Ridge is a treasure to those who want to hike, play in meadows, play basketball, swing, walk along creeks and even climb bluffs! I consider this a dream place. Don't forget, it is connected to Cherokee Marsh Mendota Unit, which is just as magical. You can get to it from Meadow Ridge simply by walking across Sauthoff Road where you will see the Cherokee Marsh trail head. We are lucky to have this place. Please keep it clean! Please do not trash it. The meadow and cliffs and streams are just beautiful!
