We went to this place to file chapter 128, and all I can say is try to find another attorney/group. We have been working with this group's para-legal named Amber out of the Madison office, and she is very very uncomfortable to deal with. The main attorney is ok, but this gal is something else.nnFirst, they expect you to do all the work. We submitted our paper work with the $100 down payment and waited for them to confirm everything looks good and it was ready to file. Not so fast, a month went by and we called them to check up on it, well, she said she hasn't received the $300 to move forward. So, she hasn't even looked at our paperwork yet! In any case, we dropped off the $300 to get moving, and 4 weeks went by. Well, we called again! This time, another excuse, accounting didn't let her know payment was made on our case. Finally, we got the case submitted and this time, yet ANOTHER fricken mistake, they submitted our case with my wife's wrong SSN. We called again, and Amber was not very helpful like it was our fault that she submitted the case wrong that WE WERE PAYING them to do as a service. She has a real bad attitude and very bad customer service skills. If we weren't so far into this already with our chapter 128, we would go do a different firm.nnIf you go with these guys, be prepared to call for updates. They DO NOT care about you, just that you're paying them. Check and make copies of your paperwork as the will make mistakes.
