I have been enjoying classes at Dragonfly for years! They offer different kinds of yoga classes, both hot and not, as well as barre classes, which I find to be totally different but challenge my body in ways that yoga does not. They also offer online classes that have been a life-saver during the pandemic, so that I can keep up my practice without leaving my home. I love the thoughtful details, from cool, scented towels at the end of a hot flow class, to the cozy cushions and assortment of teas in the area outside the studios.
Normally I go to this studio because of the heat and how close it is to my house. But over the course of COVID situation, DFLY has been really great and done a great job communicating and trying to keep the practice available and open (outdoor).nI respect this because i know they are doing this for members and the community, not because of money because they can't be making much with limited class size and free zoom. I will continue to support their business because of this.
Love this yoga studio. The instructors are passionate and the atmosphere overall is very calming. Would highly recommend to family and friends!
Great instructors in a welcoming and clean facility! Locker rooms and fireplace lounge with complimentary tea! Helpful and courteous staff! Highly recommend you give Hot Yoga a try and I think you’ll be surprised!
I've been going here for over a year. I love the classes, the instructors, and the studio. I was brand new to yoga when I started and I have been able to build my stamina, strength and my practice in a safe and educational space. I love hot yoga all year long!
