Today's experience was terrible my fiance and I walk in with two workers in the front chatting away with a very busy store. They ignore us completely and continue chatting. Then another customer and to practically drag one of the girls away from the other for help. Couldnt get a dressing room. And when it was time to check out the two girls are chatting again behind the counter ignoring the line. I pretty sure that one of the girls was suppose to be a manager as well.
I travel a lot in the US and this is definitely the WORST American Eagle I have ever been in. Extremely rude and unhelpful. The experience was so bad in this store that I am seriously considering boycotting this chain store forever. If you have to shop at American don’t do it at this store go online - they don’t deserve your hard earned money spend it elsewhere and with businesses who actually appreciate you shopping there.
I have always loved shopping at AE and this store is one of the best I've shopped at. They are super friendly and helpful.
Friendly staff and plenty of help.
Good place. Usually just get clearance items. Good selection.
