The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was looking for a shoe out of stock and they ordered it to ship to my house. The shoes got there, and it was not as expected. I opened the dinged up box, removed the ripped and crumpled paper, removed the crumpled up receipt, and looked at the shoes. There was stuff on the bottom and there were scratches/scuffs on both shoes in multiple spots. They were not factory laced and the paper that normally comes inside was missing. With all the scuffs and chipped paint it was very obvious the shoes were used. Beware when ordering, as I was not expecting used shoes for the retail price of new ones. Nothing against this specific location, but in general they sell used shoes online. Very disappointed.

I GOT TO SAY I FEEL VERY UNCOMFORTABLEnGOING TO BUY AT THIS LOCATION THE AFRICAN AMERICAN GUY WAS VERY NICEnBUT LIKE I WAS LOOKING FOR SOMETHING PARTICULAR HE ASK THE OTHER WHITE GUYnA QUESTION AND I SHOWED HIM A PICTURE AT MY PHONE AND HES LIKE IM COLOR BLIND AND WALK AWAY VERY RUDE WITH OUT ASKING ME YES TELL ME THE COLORS YOU LOOKING FOR OR ANYTHING SOMETHING THAT HAVE THE COSTUMER HAPPY HE SUPPOSE TO BE SELLING RETAIL WHAT EVERnMAYBE HE TREAT ME DIFFERENTLY BECAUSE IM GAY I DONT KNOW.
