If you go hunting enough for great looks.. at great value and prices, then it's worth visiting this Express location.nnHowever, if you're interested in getting good customer service.. get ready for a long time for the staff that tend to avoid being seen up in the sales area.. or as I noticed during my visit.. untrained, with no name tags etc staff, that don't even think it's their job to assist customers at checkout.
I do enjoy Express, unfortunately I brought a friend to help him get a new suit and they only keep 44 in store and up to 48 online. Given he's a 50, well have to focus on suit stores.
Bought a couple of dress shirts here and I gotta say they are fantastic. The slim fit is truly as if you had gone to a a tailor. A little on the pricey side but they have some good sales. You get what you pay for and these clothes are pretty high quality.
The manager of the store has made a significant improvement in both the look and efficiency with which one can move through the store and find the product(s) that they are looking for. The end of 2019 into the beginning of 2020 shows commitment on the part of management, and I want to give accolades where they are due. Keep up the good work.
