Great place to shop, if you have a big women....
I didn’t know Torrid existed until a few months ago and it has really changed my life! First odd, it is so nice going into a store that actually has my sizes and proportion - it made shopping for so much more fun. They have a huge selection of bras and dresses for any occasion. Specifically, about this branch, the staff is extremely nice! I left my glasses in a changing room and they called me to let me know about it. That was so nice. They are always very helpful. Thank you!’
Loved the deals, could have better staff
I went looking for a new dress for my birthday. I have no complaints about selection but staffing needs some better training. In other Torrid locations, i normally greeted but not as this location. I actually looked around, left, looked around in Lane Bryant (which is next door) and came back and still no greeting. I was going to purchase a dress and belt until I found out that you can no longer pay off your credit card in store like you can do at kohls.nnStaff completely ignored me and when I did attempt to make a purchase, both girls were more concerned about to insect on a clipboard than engaging in customer service.
