ITU-AbsorbTech has always been a very good company to do business with. Our representative Chad R. to me is the best out there. Our employees are majority visually impaired or blind, this makes the job of a safe environment a little more difficult but not impossible.nOur representative Chad does an excellent job when he services our location.nHe makes sure the mats are perfectly flush and organized as well as our push mops and any other product we utilize through them.nNot only does Chad provide a service but he also makes sure that the environment is 100% safe for our employees during and after service.nChad is the type of employee one should hire, he takes pride in his work and he cares for the company as if it were his own. Thank you for the excellent service, and thank you Chad for all the hard work and consideration for our employees safety.nOn a second note, ITU-AbsorbTech is always on time and if there is a change of schedule due to holidays ITU-AbsorbTech makes sure to communicate as to when the next service day will be.nThe products we utilize through ITU-AbsorbTech are always up to standards, in my 3 years of doing business with ITU-AbsorbTech not once have we had bad product, service or equipment.

ITU provides great service with continuous communication. They are also very competitive when it comes to pricing and will do what they can where they can to help. If something is not in their wheel house they are not afraid to admit it.
