Always have pleasent experience. Staff is polite and helpfully. Even if I walk out without a purchase I enjoy the experience. Have found many wonderful items at great prices. The location is great too.
Very nice, well kept up layout. They are being extra careful with only one entrance, one exit ( so park closer to 5 below). I love that holday product is mixed in with relevant sections instead of all jumbled in 2 seasonal aisles.

Bought a pair of earbuds from this location and got home to realize they were heavily used (earwax and all). When attempting to return them they said they couldn't even issue store credit because they were used. Manger was also very unhelpful and offered no solutions. Thank you for the $20 used headphones with pieces missing TJ Maxx. Next time if you can't accept returns of used items you should really consider removing all of the packages of open electronics from your shelves.nFirst time and last time I will be shopping here.
I counted 13 people in line and two checkers. There is everything wrong with this picture. I left my stuff in the cart and told the lady and left I didn't even bother purchasing it.
