Great experience! Very easy rental process. Clean trailer, great tutorial on how to use everything, and fair pricing and deposit. Will definitely be renting again.

Jay was great to work with, very accommodating. He even brought the trailer to his home address for us to pick up because it was closer for us. That saved us so much time. He was very thorough with instructions and provided us with all the equipment needed. We got stuck in traffic on our way back and were late dropping off the camper, Jay was very kind and understanding. Prices are definitely reasonable and we had no problem adding the camper to our insurance temporarily for a small fee. Camping was a hit with my family and if we go again we will definitely use Jay and Family Time Rentals. Thanks Jay!

He was easy to work with. On the day he was so supposed to deliver, I was running late. When I called and told him, he was kind and patient. My house is difficult to find, he didn't get upset. He kindly set it up for the weekend and picked up it in pouring rain without a complaint. Thanks Jay, we will be back!
