Recently purchased a Subaru Ascent and both the vehicle and Don Miller Subaru have been excellent. As an out of town buyer, the salesperson Charlie was great at getting everything I asked for and executing the initial buying requirements remotely. When I came in for the final purchase and pick-up everything was ready to go and it was a very smooth and speedy process. I was very happy with the entire process and the salesperson and finance person involved. Love the car and will be coming back to Don Miller for any more Subaru purchases.
I get excellent service here. I suggest chilling out in their lobby with a cup of coffee while they work on your car: it's comfortable, and it doesn't take too long for an oil change.nnUPDATE: I came in for an oil change, and I'm impressed with how well they're handling things. Masks, distancing, it's all really well done. 10/10, great work!
Purchasing a car is not a easy thing. I chose Don Miller because of its high rating and good reviews online. Now I think they really deserve it. In general, a happy experience here, both during purchase and after sale service. The staffs are very nice. Especially, I want to thank Bruce for his kindness and patience. I am not that familiar with the issues related to car and dealer. But Bruce is very patient and considerate towards my concerns. That really helps me a lot and makes me feel no pressure.
I recently went looking to upgrade my vehicle to a Subaru so I could safely travel in the winter months back and forth from work and have plenty of room for all my little kids stuff (car seats, diaper bags, etc). I have bought two cars in the past from non-Subaru dealerships and this experience was by far less stressful and a lot of fun! Conor heard me out on what I needed from my new vehicle, was respectful and transparent about the pros and cons of the two models I was looking at. I never once felt rushed to make a decision which allowed us to work out the details and get the best car package but still fit my budget. Ordering and picking up my car went so smoothly. I knew what I wanted and it arrived even before the estimated due date. The financing was quick and efficient. The salesman, Blaine was friendly and there was no pressure. He showed me different options, giving the pros and cons of each one.
