We came in for a headlight replacement. The service greeter Jessica was super nice. I made mention that the last time I was in for 60000 service they didn’t wash my car and I was very upset(if they would have told me it wasn’t working and couldn’t wash it I would not have been upset) I asked if they could make sure the car got washed this time. Jessica said they would make sure it got washed. When we paid for our headlight Jessica said our car was ready and washed BUT when we got out to car it had NOT been washed :( very disappointed. Again if the wash was down it would have been no big deal but just tell us. You may need to have a few KT wash tickets available when yours is broken
Service has been great the last few years I've been using them. Have only been for routine maintenance. Always in and out.
Excellent people to work. The staff is very knowledgeable on the Subaru line up, and how to care for your Subaru.
Scott Lease, my service advisor, was awesome! Quick, helpful and personable. Service was completed fast and accommodations for COVID were outstanding. Great job Don Miller Subaru East!
My windshield cracked. I got a a few quotes and one of the companies I called mentioned a recall and suggested I contact Subaru. Called Subaru to ask about it. They said it would be no charge - it's under recall. I booked an appointment. I get to the dealership and tell me it isn't under warranty - the answering service made a mistake on the phone. The service uyg said he would look into it. I guess he listened to the call and confirmed they said it would be covered. They covered it.
