I had a great experience. Richard was attentive and helped me with all the different options for buying and leasing. I’m the end I got the vehicle I wanted. Richard took the time to go through the technology in the car with me before I left the lot which made me feel very comfortable driving away. I would highly recommend going to Zimbrick Hyundai Eastside!

Great dealer, fantastic shopping experience. Richard Swenson provided excellent customer service, very attentive, friendly, kind and knowledgeable. During the COVID-19 pandemic, all personal wore proper masks and followed social distancing measures. I recommend Zimbrick and Richard for your next car purchase!

Bought a new 2020 Hyundai Kona a few months ago and it has continued to be an excellent experience. The initial sale was very well done. The salesperson was very courteous and respectful and not overly pushy. He gave a fair price for our trade in and helped me choose exactly the vehicle I wanted. Recently, I managed to get a tiny pinprick in the side wall of one of my tires (only 2,000 miles on the car), which means the entire tire needs to be replaced. Which isn't covered under the warranty. But they were able to help me out with that. 5 stars all around.

I can't say enough about Darren, he was great! He was kind, honest, and patient with me. He went over and beyond to make sure I got what I needed and explained everything to make sure we were on the same page. Although, I live in Racine and had to retrieve my vehicle from Madison he made it totally worth it! Im glad to have met Darren and it was a pleasure working with him. I love my new car!

We worked with Richard to buy our Santa Fe. He was patient, knowledgeable, and did not pressure us in any way. After 3 visits and a lot of consideration, we moved forward with our purchase and it was made as easy as possible. They considered the prices of cars we had researched and we came to a very great price. We got to leave and come back a few hours later to a quick meeting to sign the paperwork and pick up the car.nnWhile we were in the finance manager's office, Richard pulled our trade around, moved over the license plates for us, and removed our car seats from the trade to make it easy for us to hook them in when we were done. He took some family pictures of us in front of our family vehicle and explained features of the car that we had any questions about. It was a calm and easy car buying experience and we will definitely be back for any car buying needs.
