I had a wonderful experiece. I was very particular in terms in the vehicle I was seeking, and the price I wanted to pay. In that sense, I wasn't an easy customer. Brian kept with me after showing me many trucks that were almost perfect, over many months that were not quite right. Finally, they got one in that was exactly what I was hoping to find, and he let me know right away, before it was even prepped for the lot. Truck was perfect and I bought it the next morning. All-in-all it was a great experience, and I highly recommend Brian Oswald and Zimbrick East GMC.

9/29/20nI brought my vehicle in because I had two check engine codes, P0050 and P129D. During the analysis of the vehicle it was determined that the battery caused the P129D and the battery was replaced, codes cleared. Nothing was done to correct the P0050 code which is an O2 sensor failure. On the way home the check engine light came back on for the same P0050 code. This is the second time I brought a vehicle in for repairs that I ended up repairing myself. This was the last chance with this service department and I guarantee I will not be working with them again. This exchange ended up costing me over $400 for a new battery and an oil change.nn2yrs agonThe facilities were nice and had plenty of room in the waiting room. I showed up on time to an appointment to plug a hole in my tire. It took almost 2 hours before my car was brought back around into the bay and it still hadn't even received the free car wash that was offered to me. This was a job that should have taken 20-30 minutes top.

We had a great buying experience with Jeff S at Zimbrick East!! Our son was looking for a cross over with all or 4 wheel drive. We looked at 3 and ended up settling on a 2018 Buick Encore! The whole experience was quick, professional, knowledgeable and curious!nnThank you Zimbrick Eastside amd Jeff!!! We have one happy son:)

Great place to buy a vehicle. Tom McConnell was a great help throughout the sale process. Showed me around the service department and the parts area. Everyone at the dealership were kind and helpful. When my vehicle was ready, they put a big red bow on it. That was awesome! My salesperson, Johnny, introduced me to the staff in the service department. I am very happy to be part of the Zimbrick family.
