We had a great experience buying a new vehicle at Metro Ford. Jorge, our salesman was great. He was very knowledgeable about their inventory and showed us several options to make sure we made the best decision for our new truck. Jeff, the Business Manager worked with us to get the best rebates and rate with the bank of our choosing. Overall, we felt very well cared for by the staff in all the departments we worked with.
Service was great! I needed new tires on my car, and Metro Ford got me in within hours. I was down the road with brand new tires a lot quicker than I thought I would be. Plus I got a lower price on my tires than the other places I was quoted. I will definitely be going back- Thank you!

We stopped by Metro Ford of Madison earlier this month for a test drive in a hybrid Escape. Jorge Guzman was excellent: very friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and careful about social distancing. My wife has an old back injury that makes it hard to find car seats comfortable for her and, unfortunately, these didn't fit (although they felt great to me). So, although we didn't buy the car, we recommend this salesman (and the vehicle) highly.
They take care of you even after you drive off the lot. Got an oil change and tire rotation and inspection at an incredibly good deal. Still very happy with Metro Ford.
