Last night, my friends and I ordered a pizza, some wings, and garlic knots. While we should have ordered way sooner than we did, it still doesn’t excuse the fact that we ordered no cheese on the pizza and instead received it with cheese and no sauce. The main issue here is we ordered it like so because I am lactose intolerant.nnNow, this can say a lot for the people who made the pizza. If these people ignore a no cheese request, they’re the same kind of people to ignore requests for people who, for all the employees know, may have much more life threatening allergies.nnWe don’t stan people who ignore requests.

I just called Pizza Hut in Sun Prairie...I spoke with a very pleasant guy to begin with, but he said he was new and he had a lot of questions. I told him I didn’t mind because he was learning! All of a sudden another guy gets on the phone and tells me I can’t have what I want without a coupon and he abruptly hung up on me! I couldn’t believe it! So rude and I was being very nice and understanding! I called back and canceled my order! During this time, I would think they would want all the business they can get! I am very disappointed and I do not recommend Sun Prairie Pizza Hut to anyone!
