Horrible customer service, on Many occasions but most recently on August 6th 2020. I ordered prints online to pick up later in the week, as I've done before. I paid for the prints online as well.. to make it easier and less social contact when I go to pick them up. Well big giant mistake. They told me i had to pay again. Then, they canceled my order- even though the pics were ready to pick up already.nI'd give less than 1 star. I've been to this location several times only for convenience.. after today I hope they close this location.

Came in after work because I needed to pick up a few things and saw a potential Christmas present I wanted to get for someone. It was 30 dollars so I opened the box, which had no tape, just to check to make sure everything was there. A male employee came up to me and said what are you doing and I told him and he continued to stand and watch me like I was doing something wrong and I said is it not allowed and he said I honestly don’t know and continued to stand and stare at me and follow me. Told him I guess I won’t buy anything here then and walked out and he said nothing. Weirdest experience I’ve ever had in a store and made me feel like I was doing something wrong when I was just wanting to purchase some presents for my family. Super disappointed because this used to be my go-to Walgreens.

You have to inform customers that your pharmacy is closed at certain times. People depend on their meds and then you get the run around on the phone to refill a prescription only to be told they are closed till 6?!....All Walgreens or just the one closest to me? Why wasn't I informed? Why wasn't the app updated to inform people of the change in hours.
