Delivery took an hour, showed up luke warm, and just tasted flat out bad. Two pizzas, two bread stick orders, and a dessert stick order. The only thing that seemed even remotely fresh was the dough for the dessert sticks, and I still wouldn't order them again. Save yourself the money and just drive down to Marcine's to pick up a pizza. If you absolutely must get delivery, I'd recommend Pizza Hut ten out of ten times over this. It's really a shame because Great Scott's was really good, reliable pizza.

Placed order over the phone and they said it would be 30 minutes for a large specialty pizza and wings. Show up 40 minutes later and the pizza is done but the wings are not. They said it would just be 10 more minutes. Wait 30 minutes and finally the food is done. The wings were severely under cooked and not edible. How it takes over an hour to undercook wings is beyond me. We ordered the chicken ranch pizza and it had 0 flavor, it looked like someone grabbed a fist full of toppings and smashed it into the middle of the pizza. You know there is a problem when frozen pizza has a better taste profile and is higher quality. They claim they revamped the menu when it switched from Scott's pizza, but the food is just as low quality and bland as before.

Really wished this pizza was significantly better than it came to us. We ordered their signature pizza with cheese sticks for delivery. Upon serving the first couple slices, we found that the crust of the pizza was still very much doughy. Bottom was somewhat cooked but where it touched the ingredients, it was still soft and formable as dough. Absolutely uneatible. So we had to spend the next 30 min warming up the oven and finishing the cook....not what I expect when having pizza delivered.nnAfter we finally got to eat, there was little to no sauce on the entire pie. Looks like there was a light ring of sauce around the crust edge but nothing you could see or taste in the middle of the pie.nnOn a good note, the cheese sticks were pretty good.nnAnother very disappointing experience from this pizza place. We keep trying them over the years (regardless of the name on the restaurant) and we keep getting the same disappointing results. Didn't waste the time to call to complain because if they were to offer a coupon for the undercooked food, we'd have zero desire to use it.
