spent thirty dollars on a gift card, lady at the register who was clearly a teen, just took the money and handed it to me, I told her she needed to activate it and just shooed me out of the way, when I got home it didnt work (obviously) and I went back, (just a reminder this was in a two hour span of time) when I got there the girl looked kind of shocked, I went to the register and put the card on the desk, she said she hadn't seen me before and since I didn't have a receipt she couldn't verify anything, I asked my mom and she said she had seen the lady before, she looked like she was doing drugs and I wouldn't be surprised if she really was, i'm 13 and I just got scammed for the first time, thanks
Employees have no customer service and they are always in a bad mood.
One of the best walgreens pharmacies in the state
Called ahead for a flu shot, was told yes they were in stock. Went there 1 hour later, was told there wasn't any shots available. No offer to investigate the wrong message that was given or to follow up with the person that provided the wrong info. Was there at 9:30 am on Sunday.nnTwo months prior was called about a prescription that was ready. Went there the next day, no prescription ready and no record of why they called.
I Love this store...Respectful employees and great enviroment.
