Duluth Trading Company Headquarters

This company got me as a customer due to their no BS guarantee. Come to realize this is a LIE. When you need to return an item expect BS. I sent some clothes to be exchanged due to the lack of information provided with the color of the clothing. Received an email stating I must call them to fulfill this request or else my order would be canceled. This information was already provided with the card they received. Called and was immediately put on hold. Replied to the email never heard back. For the price I pay for the clothing and the no BS guarantee this is alot of BS that one must deal with in order to complete a transaction. The fact I have to spend time writing this is BS. I will NEVER promote their clothing again.

Returned a shirt a month ago, no credit, no shirt, no check.nAs soon as I received my Duluth Trading shipment I tried all the items I purchased and all fit very well except for a large flannel shirt that was too small at the chest and too long at the sleeves. I could order an XL but I was worried the sleeves will be even longer.nnSo I place the beautifully colored shirt on the bag and walked to the UPS store to return it.nnAfter that, I keep checking my VISA debit card for any credit for Duluth but nothing was posted.nnAbout 2 weeks after my return I called Duluth and they said they wrote a check and mail it to me on February 28. I waited a week and called again.nnThis time I ask the company to send me the XL flannel or give me a credit since I don't trust the postal service. They declined. I asked to speak to a manager and the C.S. lady put me in hold only to say that the check ”was in the mail” and if I did not receive it I had to wait 30 DAYS to issue another check.nnAt this time I was hysterical. -You mean I did not get the first check and you are going to send another?- I said. Yep, she responded with an attitude. Unwilling to solve the issue.nnIt is March 14 and my expectations to get my money back are starting to fade. Mail does not take 14 days from Wisconsin where Duluth is to Chicago where I am.nnSo I decided to write this review so people don't make the same mistake I did. Do not trust Duluth with your returns. You may never see your money again.nnMy next move will be to file a complaint with BBB. All for less than $40 dollars.

Another update! A rep from Duluth just called me and said he is going to take care of the issue! I am going to submit my final review Thursday if they come through as promised!?!? I can't give Duluth 5 stars again after this but they will get a solid 4 when this (hopefully) situation is resolved? Ok here's the scoop! Duluth tried very hard to correct the issues we encountered , I'm ok with what was done and how it was handled! Bringing it up to 4 stars, I don't know if I will buy from Duluth again? I might?

This is their corporate offices and doesn't have the clothing store. Thst store is 2 blocks away. Love the clothing, especially the no bulk guarantee. Work hard, play hard and respect the guarantee to replace hard worked goods.

I purchased the No Yank Tanks about 4 months ago and every single one of them has a hole in it! Very disappointed considering the price I paid for them.$16.50 when purchasing 5 isn’t cheap to have holes that quick!
