My 2020 Silverado experienced a fail on the MCM but Jack the service manager and Mike one of your technicians took great care of me and my truck. They took great caution on figuring out why it failed with less than 6000 miles on the truck. But the team did a great job! And in all this process my girlfriend had them price out tire’s for her truck., they saved her 400 dollars! So she had her truck tires, alignment and oil change done there.
I made an appointment because On Star sent me a notice that I should have my brakes checked within seven days. I called Symdon Motors to discuss this, and they made an appointment that was convenient to me, for the following afternoon. I was early, and they took me without a wait; checked out my car, which checked out fine, and I would out the door within fifteen minutes. I cannot say enough good about Symdon Service Department in Mt. Horeb, WI.
We had asked to have the transmission looked at on Thursday with our oil change, because something seemed off. After the appointment they told us nothing was wrong. On Saturday, we ended up getting stranded 45 minutes from home due to transmission issues.
Aaron, Shane, Tim, and Dan were awesome! Definitely will be buying my next vehicle from them! Very personable and really made everything happen for me.
