This is a burial site. This is not a place to play. There is not a playground. This a place that remains of the 19 indian mounds that existed here and were excavated in 1944. This is a place to pay respect to the Native people who occupied this land long before white people decided to claim it as their own.

Don't let the other reviewers fool you. This is not Bridge Park. Bridge Park is down the street with the play equipment. Indian Mound Park is a former scared and preserved Indian Burial site.
