Very Very Pleased! Doug did an outstanding job on our house and he was a pleasure to work with. It pays to hire a professional with experience. Doug was able to make some very rough, previously very poorly addressed spots, look great (this was a bonus because I expected he could do little with them and we would have been happy with just a paint over). Doug also made a great recommendation to halve a color we'd chosen for the basement to make it lighter...It was perfect. Doug does a great job at a fair price, don't hesitate to contact him.
Doug Jenkins Painting was recommended to me by an Interior Designer. I had two other painters give me quotes. I found that Doug Jenkins Painting was quite reasonable in price. The communication process was easy. I found his partner Jim to be helpful in the planning, organizing and overall ease of how things came together and got done. Doug and Jim were a great team. They were punctual, prepared for each day of work, anticiapted flow of work and were extremely conscientious. They were very reassuring to me, as I was anxious... this was a big project! The work got done faster than I anticipated. They are very efficient professionals. I was also pleased with their attention to detail. My home looks great!! I would choose them to do more projects in my home.
I have used Doug many times over the past several years, and he is absolutely my painter of choice. Doug is the consummate professional. His work is of the highest caliber; his prices are extremely reasonable; his work is always completed on time and on budget -- and he is just a really likable guy! Doug has painted many times for me in the last four years. Doug is an awesome painter. He's always on time. He's affordable, reliable, has good suggestions and he is neat and clean. I have referred him to friends of mine and they have liked his work. I will use Doug in the near future.
We have almost 3,000 sq ft of paint-able walls and ceilings. I LOVE color and use 3-4 per room, including the ceilings. I have always painted our rooms myself, but after having to lift and raise the foundation and faced with doing the entire house all over again and all at once....well my husband suggested we call Doug Jenkins as we had just gotten a flyer in the mail. I can NOT believe I had never called a painter before! Doug was so kind, thorough, professional, fast, reasonably priced AND clean! He followed my color choices to the letter, every wall and ceiling was painted perfectly and in the right color, and they were so FAST! We had our new radiant floor heating tubes exposed and they took such care to keep things protected. We have already recommended Doug to everyone we know and will use him for all of our future projects! You won't regret calling Doug!
