I have been training with Wendy Graack for 2.5 years. Wendy is EXCELLENT! I did not grow up athletic, and I struggle with food and bad eating habits. Wendy has been continually encouraging. Even though I don’t have the food under control yet, I have gained so much strength and tone. Wendy is an expert at tailoring workouts to the individual. She makes tiny adjustments to your form to ensure YOUR body structure and build are taken into consideration. Not everyone can move the same way, and Wendy knows it! She can look at you and know your body’s weaknesses and injury history - within seconds, she identified that I spent years with a purse on my right shoulder, and that I had carried children on my right hip. Wendy has worked to correct my posture and improve my stance. She takes the entire nervous system into consideration, and works with intention to improve every part of your body, not just your muscles. Thanks to her, I no longer have pain while walking up the stairs, and my resting heart rate and blood pressure is much lower. She’ll tell you herself - you MUST do the work. But Wendy can show you how. Highly, highly recommended!!!
