Never used a key machine before so I was hesitant, but during the pandemic it was my only option. It went GREAT, easy, smooth, and the keys work beautifully.
They could only make 2 out of 3 keys in the unmanned machine. The 2 that were made worked good
I got 3 keys made. The process was very simple. I tested the keys and all worked great. One very satisfied customer. The machine was at a Menards store.
I suppose the only thing keeping me from five stars is that the key is aluminum rather than brass or steel which makes me worry about the long term durability. I understand that for color or designs this is easier, but still is the only thing I worry about with it.
Finally got nine keys that actually work in my lock.
