Lit Yoga Studio with an Amazing Staff. Super chill!
A quality yoga shala with something for every body. Ashtanga, Yin/restorative, meditation, unique and special events...as well as quality teachers.nnThe owner, Kat, has placed thought and intention into every aspect of the yoga shala. Community service and special support for the vulnerable populations is a recurring theme, including for those struggling with addiction, and veterans. Yoga gives back!
The teachers here are some of the loveliest human beings you could ever hope to meet! I always feel welcome and comfortable here. The space is quant with thoughtful touches that make it feel homey. There’s a great variety of classes for all interests and abilities, as well as weekend workshops in Ayurveda, Vedic astrology, deepening yogic practice, etc. I like how feedback is always sought and considered; this place has a lot of heart and it shows.
Zen Turtles After School program is superb. The knowledge and support they provide to the kids cannot be beat. Kat and the staff treat my daughter as family. We feel very fortunate be be part of the Turtle crew!
Zen Turtles Kids Yoga has been a blessing for my son. He loves it there! Kat and her staff are caring people who incorporate artistic activities.
