Great gym! Some people refuse to keep a mask on but for the most part everyone abides by the COVID-19 rules. Gym is clean and there are plenty of workout options. We'll worth the money.

The gym has great equipment, but it is unfortunate the organization has not developed an appropriate response to Covid-19. They allow you to “freeze” your account, but still make you pay month to month. I understand there were contracts signed, but there is nothing in the contract that addresses a global pandemic. I choose to social distance myself by working out at home so I can feel safe hanging out with my parents and grandparents. I want the opportunity to have my wedding without the worry of endangering my family. There are not any signs that this pandemic is going away soon and I expected better customer service for someone who has been a loyal customer for over 10 years. Forcing a contract signed over a year ago is ridiculous considering the circumstances of current events. I thought a big company like Princeton Club would be more accommodating, but they won’t even listen to their customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere when my contract is up and this pandemic is over. It is too bad because I have been going to that gym for as long as I can remember.

Wouldn’t go here if there was any better option in Cottage Grove. Not a fan of the lifting equipment, and the cardio equipment does not get maintenance as often as it should (for example, the stationary bike I always use gets a very squeaky pedal all the time and the other pedal is broken). In addition, lots of members don’t wear masks or pull them down. After contacting management they basically said if staff wasn’t there, they couldn’t do anything about it. After paying for months without being able to go during lockdown, they could at least have some staff there for more hours to enforce mask wearing!
