This gym is gold!!! They are all so encouraging and positive. The members are like a family. I am so happy I found a place that pushes me to grow without forcing me to compare or compete with others. The coaches are great and the classes have awesome variety and they never fail to provide a good challenge. I would recommend this gym to any and every one!! Come check it out and I promise you won’t want to go anywhere else!
I recently started taking classes at The Happy Factory and all I can say is WOW!
Here’s why:
1.) The trainers are super knowledgeable and friendly (special shoutout to Mike and Moya!)
2.) The workouts are challenging and well-rounded
2.) The facility and equipment is kept impeccably clean at all times
3.) The atmosphere is ego free, inviting, AND encouraging
Now, more than ever, as we navigate this virus it is important for us to find a place that is clean, safe, and filled with support. Somewhere we can build strength, move our bodies, and take our minds off of everything else. And I’m telling you - this is that place.

This gym gives you motivation to get off the couch to catch your next workout. The preselected workouts allow you to get your entire body moving and is designed to give you a complete body workout throughout the week. I highly recommend The Happy Factory Team
My health/fitness journey has never been something I found easy. Four months ago I joined @thehappyfactory, little did I know I would begin a new life. Today thanks to the help of The Happy Factory team I can say I no longer have high cholesterol 👏🏼 I have also lost weight and gained so much strength, but my health was my priority. Thank you Josiah, Mike, Marc, Jake, and Roxanne for all you support and help.
I highly recommend The Happy Factory to everyone, especially those looking for more then a gym.
Best workout of my life! I was wary to renew my fitness journey postpartum, but Jake and the team at Happy Factory made it accessible, fun, and challenging. Since joining, I've lost 30 pounds of my pregnancy weight and feel stronger than ever! Highly recommend!
