This was my first Barre class and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. There were a few other new people there too. Teresa is a fantastic instructor. She explains each movement clearly and offers modifications for those with limitations. She is always close by if you’re not sure or need a little help. The studio is cute. The equipment is clean and in good condition. Plenty of parking.
Not only is this an incredible workout AND a beautiful studio-- the community that Teresa has created in under a year as the owner, is incredible. I love coming to work out here. I know I'm always going to get a great workout, feel the burn, AND be challenged, encouraged, and greeted by warm smiling faces every step of the way. It's the best in town.
This is a great place and has such friendly instructors! There is a variety of levels but always a challenge. It is small, clean, and empowering. Check it out! The 30day trial is a sweet start if you have never been!
I LOVE 10.5 Central!! Mari & the instructors are all amazing! I love the 5:30am class... totally gets me going! This studio is locally owned & operated! Get in here & get in shape!
I’ve absolutely loved taking classes at TenPoint5 Central Phoenix. Teresa and her instructors always have great energy and a variety of class formats to offer. Even better, this is a local studio who supports other local establishments. Great group of ladies and men here, definitely worth checking it out!
