Very rude customer service. Absolutely a waste of time to come to this CVS unless you enjoy being treated like garbage by an incompetent staff.
By far the worst pharmacy ever!! They are beyond rude and make you feel like an inconvenience rather than a customer. Wade and Justin have no business in customer service. My insurance requires me to use them but I will be looking for a different location. Who hires these people???
NEVER EVER again will I use this pharmacy! Justin who is a pharmacy tech basically accused us of filling a prescription when I never did and then hung up on me and never said bye after I told him we never filled that prescription!! An hour later we got a text that the script was ready but NEVER was apologized to for being accused of something we never did. Worst customer service that our family ever had!
Charge me $351 for a prescription they said was not covered under insurance, went down the street to Forward Pharmacy and I’m now filling the exact same thing for $40 without insurance. Wow, Everybody needs to pay attention to what they’re paying for prescriptions these types of companies are ripping people off big time, No wonder they’re popping up on every corner
FYI, this pharmacy charges A LOT more than other pharmacies despite having insurance. Go somewhere else for a cheaper price that insurance will cover.
