They charge me for the napkins that I’ve never use, just gave them a 30days notice but don’t know if they still will charge me for those unused items

This company is very dishonest. Over charges for their products. Never does inventory yet will bill you for lost and damaged property. We are a school district operating on a shoestring budget. Cintas was able to offer us better service and products at 1/3 of the price Aramark was charging. We were billed for weeks when we never saw the uniform truck. Their soiled towels sat on our back dock for months. Now because I canceled their services they have a collections company calling weekly. Do they not realize that in this small community where most of the school board members are business owners and executives themselves that by sending the school district to collection it will not end well for them? Aramark stands to lose much larger contracts as a result of their actions.

year after year they raise your bill 30 percent. You call them and complain and say you want to switch to Cintas (who never has raised prices on me more then 2-3 percent in 3 years) and they say they will sue you.
