I called ahead for a outdoor grill cover. The sales clerk found one in stock and left at the customer service desk with my name on it. Easy to walk into check out and leave quickly and safely. The cover is better than the one I have to replace. It looks great!

There was terrific service provided at the main desk, pointing my husband and I where to find what we're looking for. The cashier cost my review to have a complete 5 - Star finish. A wee bit forthright and rude.

I used to love F&F. I've liked drive-thru pick-up. Unfortunately, another order and more cancelled items. Several were listed as only 1 left so I got checked out ASAP. I will only get 2 of 7 items and the shipping ended up $8 on $12 merchandise. Same day I ordered similar items from a large sporting goods retailer. Again, several listed as only 1 to ship. I ordered 12 items, 17 pieces. Over about 6 shipments I received them ALL. This has happened 3 times now w F&F. I understand this stuff happens, but with F&F it is acute and I have to wonder about their inventory system vs. other retailers...why does it seem to lag SO much? If push comes to shove, I'll head to F&F, but only to go and get off the shelf. Based on my experience ONLY, I wonder how it is they got a prize for online retailer?

Since we went on a Saturday, it was pretty busy, but we found what we needed, and then some, and got thru the checkout pretty quickly. They have such a variety of goods, from candy and nuts, to clothes, animal supplies and auto needs, there is something for everyone. I do enjoy shopping there.

Great customer service in the store. My husband and I purchased a snow blower and it was a very smooth process (you pick up a slip from the model equipment in the store and make the purchase at the counter and then drive to the pick up zone). But the wait time was long. About 10 minutes. During this time, we had to wait for an attendant and his partner, who did not arrive. He kept going back and forth between buildings and requesting for assistance on the walkie-talkie. My husband eventually insisted on assisting him in loading the car.
