The manager here is amazing, as are the other staff. I had a bit of an emergency item (pregnant, need I say more?) I needed and when I called the other location on Cottage Grove they were a bit dismissive (which is understandable, in a pandemic). But the manager at this location did everything she could to get us the item we needed asap. Much appreciated.

Lead pharmacist is very helpful, and follows up when you get stuck between insurance and your doctor's orders. Other times their seems to be an ever-changing group of pharmacists in-and-out: Seldom the same person the next time. I think that's why service is so up or down: totally depends on the pharmacist who is there.

The black woman named Amber that waited on me was confident in her actions. She actually knows nothing and is covering it up by her actions. If you can't help someone, don't fake it. Call for Help. No shame in NOT losing business. You can tell she's a new employee trying to outdo the others. Fake is not cute. Get over yourself

The Pharmacy Technician Jessica P. gave some of the best customer service I've personally ever had. She was absolutely wonderful to work with and will go out of my way to come back to this location because of her!

One out of five times I had a pleasant experience here. All the other times it seems like the pharmacy staff hates their jobs and their customers. I've also noticed that they treat the people of color differently than white people. Their interactions always start more pleasantly than mine. The best thing to happen to me was my prescription accidentally got sent to the Walgreens down the street and I received some real customer service. Thanks! I'll never be back!
